try a chemist, or if you have supre' over there. . . .
If you like bright colors, I would try a local Rite-Aid. The counters of N.Y.C have the BRIGHTEST and WILEDEST colors, and it is only 0.99! So check there, and if all else fails, try a local wal-mart!
