i looked for navy blue nail polish everywhere and it always - like you said - turned out ick. :\
and then my friend bought me some mac polish in ';naughty nautical'; and it's amazing, i swear. i love the navy blue color. :]What brand of nail polish looks best in Navy Blue?
OPI or Chanel.
Russian Navy in OPI is an amazing color for the fall. Neither brand goes on see through, which means amazingly rich color (no ick!)
OPI in Russian Navy or Revlon Dark Pleasures in Midnight Affair
I really do not know but the color of polish that you should get might be a plane blue!
