Soak the area in a small bowl of nail polish remover for about 20 to 30 minutes. The polish should waft off.
Then launder as usual.

try rubbing a little alcohol on it and then scratching it off with your nail or something, just make sure you don't use something too sharp so it wont cut the clothing.
